"2024 Music Festival 'Harmonious Tones' Mixed-Voice Choir Special Performance

August 17, 2024: The 2024 ” Toronto Harmony Festival,” hosted by the Fengcai Arts Association, grandly opened at the Markham Milliken Theatre. The opening performance, “Harmonious Tones — Mixed-Voice Choir Special,” was a tremendous success.

Dr. Zhang Xiaoyan, Chairman and Chief Planner of the FCAA, delivered the opening speech.

The 2024 “Toronto Harmony Festival,” hosted by the FCAA successfully held its .These concerts not only provided high-quality musical enjoyment for the audience but also offered a stage for many music enthusiasts to showcase their talents. Dr. Zhang Xiaoyan, Chairman and Chief Planner of the FCAA, excitedly stated: “This year, with encouragement and strong support from the Canadian federal government, the FCAA has upgraded this event to a two-day large-scale music festival. The festival will include five themed special concerts: 1. ‘Harmonious Tones — Mixed-Voice Choir Special’ 2. ‘Fifth Annual Harmony Night’ 3. ‘Songs and Dances under the Moon — Youth Special’ 4. ‘Strings and National Music Gems — Guzheng Song and Dance Special’ 5. ‘Sonar Melodies of Dreams — Instrumental Night'”

Calligrapher Zhang Xiwang and Zhang Zhi Li, Chair of the Global Alumni Association Canadian Committee, presented ink treasures.
